By submitting an enquiry to Carter's Property Renovations, you agree to the following terms.

Quotations

Guide prices published on this website are genuine typical costs but are not offers. All work is quoted individually in writing after a site visit; the written quotation is the binding price for the specified scope of work and is valid for 60 days.

Variations

If unforeseeable work is uncovered once a project starts, any change to the price or programme is agreed in writing before that work proceeds.

Guarantees

Structural work carries a 10-year insurance-backed guarantee. Building-regulations completion certificates are issued for all notifiable work.

Site conduct

We maintain public liability insurance to £5m; documents are available with every quotation.
