A free site visit. We listen first, measure second, and tell you honestly what’s worth doing — and what isn’t.
Fixed quotation
One written price covering labour, materials, skips, scaffold and building control. Valid for 60 days.
Build, tidily
A dedicated project manager, weekly updates, dust control and a clean-down every single evening.
Hand over, guaranteed
Building-regs certificates, a full snagging walk-through, and a 10-year structural guarantee in writing.

Straight answers
If a wall can’t come down, we say so on day one — not in week six. If a cheaper route gets the same result, you hear about it from us first.
Your schedule, honoured
We publish a programme before we start and we ring you every Friday with progress against it. Slippage gets flagged the day we know, not the day it bites.
Respect for the house
Original features get saved, not skipped. Floors protected, rooms sealed, and the kettle area kept sacred. You’re living there; we don’t forget it.
